• Your present property will normally be listed for no less than 120 days, but shorter time frames may be considered in certain cases.

• To give you every opportunity to increase your sale proceeds, your present property will normally continue to be listed at market value after you have accepted the Guaranteed Home Sale Agreement and until you close on your new home.
